PLEASE READ -- Some notes about the CREW LISTS below:
- I placed everyone who came to the interest meeting as well as a few others who were unable to attend but who had let me know ahead of time that they were still interested in a position on the Tech Crew. There will be a few additional crew positions available for "The Lorax" and "How I Became a Pirate" and I will not be casting "The Lion King Jr" until after Christmas, so Tech opportunities for the Spring production of LK will not need a crew until much later.
- If you are NOT a part of the CREW or CAST for “And Then They Came for Me,” please do NOT come to rehearsals until your show is called - you WILL be asked to leave.
- If you are in the CREW for “The Lorax,” this is the first of our 2 one-act plays that are being taken to NCTC for competition. Rehearsals for “The Lorax” will begin in approximately 2-3 weeks. All Cast & Crew members will be notified of our start date very soon.
- AUDITIONS for “How I Became a Pirate” will take place in approximately 3 weeks. This is the second of our 2 plays which are being taken to the NCTC competition. The Tech crew will be selected for this show shortly after Casting is completed -- Notices will be posted here on this site, on our CTC Facebook page, and at the school.
- Auditions for Lion King, Jr will not take place until after Christmas break, and the Crew list will be organized shortly after the Casting process is completed. Announcements will be made here on this site, on the FB page and at school.

AUDITIONS: Monday, September 12, 2016, 2:30-4:30pm -and/or- Wednesday, September 14, 2016, 2:30-4:30pm. IF all current audition time slots fill up, I will add MORE audition times for Thursday.
CALL BACKS: IF Call Backs are needed, I will post a list on Wednesday night (9/14). Call Backs will take place on Thursday, 9/15 (IF needed).
CAST LIST will be posted on this website either on Saturday evening, 9/17 or (more likely) on Monday morning (9/19). The list will also be posted on the auditorium doors and the front window of Student Services (on Monday morning).
Below you will find the full script for this show. PLEASE DO NOT PRINT COPIES OF THIS SCRIPT AT THIS TIME. Everyone who is cast in the play will receive a copy of the script to use during rehearsals. -- This copy (which has been broken into 6 parts due to file size restrictions) is for the students to read before they audition. It is NOT required that they read it before auditioning, but it will definitely help them understand the tone and the characters MUCH better, which will help them have a stronger audition. -- This play is based on the actual events that took place in the main characters' lives (Eva and Ed) during WW II. It is a very serious play and we will very respectfully recreate the scenes to be as historically accurate as possible.
