Letter from the Director
Mr. Bradford Frost and his family.
Hello Students and Parents,
Welcome to the Carroll Magnet Middle School Theatre 2024-2025 Season. My name is Mr. Bradford Frost, and I am ecstatic to be joining Carroll community as the new Theatre Program Director! Born and raised in Michigan and Ohio, by an arts loving family, I began theatre training at a young age. I attended Northern Kentucky University and received my Bachelors in Fine Arts in Acting. I was blessed with a continually fulfilling professional theatrical career in New York City, Orlando, and across much of the country. As my family began to grow, I was accepted into the New York City Teaching Fellows program. Through that fellowship I earned by Masters degree in special education from Pace University and served as an arts/literacy teacher in District 75 of the New York City Public School System from 2019-2022. After moving to the Raleigh area in 2022, I continued my special education journey as a member of the EC team at Longleaf School of the Arts (LSA). At LSA, I had the honor to work with and assist Ms. Virginia Smith in the after school program as well as directing last year's production of Twelfth Night by Williams Shakespeare. Many steps have paved the way for me to be here with you this year and I couldn't be happier. I am very enthusiastic about the work we are going to do this year, and the many opportunities we will have to create and collaborate together!
